I have been going to Pilates for nearly a year. I was rather apprehensive in the beginning and was recommended to Keely by word of mouth stating how good she was and ‘knew her stuff’. I contacted Keely and was put in a small class for people with problems.
At times you feel that you are doing very little because the exercises are so slight, but as you continue you feel your body getting stronger. I feel my posture and body have greatly improved, so much so that we asked Keely if our class could run an extra half hour as we felt we were just getting into it when it was time to leave.
I wish I had done Pilates years ago, but was told that it would be no good due to my health and medical conditions. I would recommend anyone, whatever their reason being, to give it a try. All I can say is it makes me feel a whole lot better, I feel fitter and can now feel that I have stomach muscles.
