Keely Haigh cert. E.C.B.S
Pilates Foundation Matwork & Apparatus Instructor- Pre & Post Natal Specialist Instructor

Keely Haigh started her career as a dancer training at the Northern Ballet School and with Graciela Kaplan.
Having discovered for herself the effectiveness of Pilates, Keely decided to pursue a career in this field. In 2006 Keely enrolled on a fully comprehensive teacher training programme at The Thoughtful Body Pilates Studio in Derby and having trained for two years under the instruction of Rachel Rafiefar, she is now a fully qualified Matwork & Apparatus Instructor and registered with the Pilates Foundation.
Keely established the Lancashire Pilates Studio in 2008 after gaining a Post Graduate Certificate in pre and post natal pregnancy. In 2009 Keely graduated from The European College of Bowen Studies with Honours and is now a fully qualified Bowen Practitioner.
Keely continues to develop her knowledge and training in Pilates and Bowen by attending regular workshops and seminars presented by Master Instructors from the UK and USA.
Keely is a listed mentor for the Thoughtful Body teacher training programme.
Patricia Greenfield
- Pilates Matwork & Apparatus Instructor
As a fully qualified Dance and Fitness Instructor, Patricia has gained over 10 years of knowledge and experience from working within the industry. She works at the studio as a Pilates Matwork & Apparatus Instructor, holding many classes throughout the week and now dedicates her career to the Pilates sector.
Patricia continues to develop her knowledge and understanding of Pilates by attending regular workshops and training courses. Patricia completed her teaching assisting hours at LPS under the instruction of Keely Haigh.

Joanne Cornish
- Pilates Foundation Matwork & Apparatus Instructor
Joanne first experienced Pilates in 2006 after surgery to correct a prolapsed disc. Practicing Pilates enabled her body to withstand the strain that her busy career brought.
In 2011 Joanne decided to turn her enthusiasm for Pilates into a career, enrolling on a Pilates Foundation matwork training course under the instruction of Rachel Rafiefar. Joanne continued her training in 2012, allowing her to teach using Pilates apparatus. Joanne completed her teaching assisting hours at LPS under the instruction of Keely Haigh.
Joanna Reay

- Pilates Foundation Matwork & Apparatus Instructor
Joanna took up Pilates in 2009 to improve her physical health. She was so impressed with the benefits of Pilates that she left her long term position as a Primary School Office Manager, and trained as a Pilates matwork teacher with The Pilates Foundation.
Joanna continued her training in 2012, allowing her to teach using Pilates apparatus. Joanna completed her teaching assisting hours at LPS under the instruction of Keely Haigh.
